The District Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing stores in a designated area for the Pump & Pantry Division. Responsible for executing and coordinating programs within assigned categories to meet Division sales and gross margin growth initiatives. Responsible for developing people and administering personnel policies and procedures, maximizing customer service, employee productivity and achieving established financial objectives.
