Overview

The Gaming Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and networking efforts. This role requires oversight of strategic client relationships from initial contact to post-service follow up. The Gaming Sales Representative is the driving force behind VisionComm Gaming expansions efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements an overall sales plan that includes target markets, location prospects, and revenue projections.
  • Develops, generates, and distributes weekly sales reports outlining sales progress.
  • Identifies new install opportunities and may assist with the installation of equipment at sales locations.
  • Works closely with Divisional Director and enterprise support team.
  • Provides input to management about trends and changes taking place and makes recommendations about future courses of action.
  • Provides sales quotes, service agreements, and promotional support.
  • Displays use of good judgment and demonstrates leadership qualities.
  • Is self-motivated and works independently with minimal supervision and within team environment.
  • Serves as a product expert of the hardware and software of equipment and is proficient in the setup, central server connectivity, and operational functionality of the machines.
  • Operates company vehicles to designated locations along assigned routes.
  • Adheres to all traffic laws and company safety regulations to ensure a safe driving environment for yourself and others.
  • Provides exceptional customer service by maintaining professional conduct during interactions with clients.
  • Addresses any service-related problems or discrepancies in a proactive and efficient manner, seeks solutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Completes documentation accurately and promptly, including invoices, receipts, and other relevant documents.
  • Provides friendly and competent customer service.
  • Reports for work in a timely manner when scheduled.

 

 Additional Job Duties:

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed):

  • Minimum of 1 year gaming experience is required,
  • Previous experience in cash handling, banking, or ATM servicing preferred.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be able to pass a financial background check through banking institution for ATM responsibilities and Vault access.
  • Understands the revenue share and gaming economics and utilize that knowledge to expand install base of gaming machines.
  • Must have a clear understanding of the regulatory and legal parameters the gaming division must adhere to.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable to drive.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and procedures related to cash handling.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recording cash transactions.
  • Ability to effectively manage and execute multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Be able to travel the entire state of Nebraska.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Ability and willingness to aggressively pursue sales leads through cold calling.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Must conduct self in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
  • Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to change when required.
  • Must be able to communicate in English. – IF APPLICABLE
  • Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
  • Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.
