The National Account Specialist is responsible for reconciling national tire accounts within the commercial tire industry and reconciliation of bill backs, error rejects, and customer disputes.  This individual will also be responsible for maintaining and implementing changes that will affect locations in the national account category.

Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for researching, recording, notifying, and resolving of all national account delivery receipts in a timely manner.
  • Communicates with Boss Shop locations regarding disputed delivery receipts and their resolutions.
  • Interacts with customers to resolve any billing or service disputes that may arise.
  • Tracks and records delivery receipts that are in dispute, incorrectly charged, or need further information.
  • Uploads and downloads of delivery receipts directly to tire vendors daily while ensuring no errors have occurred and making corrections as needed.
  • Resubmits all disputed delivery receipts after resolution.
  • Assists in managing the Boss Shop point of sale (POS) system by correcting error rejected delivery receipts.
  • Assist Boss Shop locations with any questions they may have about creating or billing delivery receipts.
  • Updates vendor changes and assists with additional training on changes when necessary.
  • Provides friendly and competent customer service.
  • Reports for work in a timely manner when scheduled.

 

 

Additional Job Duties:

  • Assist and support shop administration as needed.
  • Provide analytics to supervisors for reporting purposes.
  • Present and maintain a professional image while representing the Bosselman Companies.
  • Other job duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

 

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

  • Two to five years of Customer Service Experience.
  • National Tire Account experience is preferred but not required.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Knowledge and skill of working with Microsoft Office.
  • Must have exceptional analytical capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills are required.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to communicate in English. – IF APPLICABLE
  • Must possess strong attention to detail.
  • Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
  • Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.
