The Corporate Attorney is responsible for every phase of legal work including compliance, contract development including staying current on changes that affect the business to negotiating terms and preparing documents. The Corporate Attorney will collaborate with Bosselman Board Members, Retail Division Heads, President or may work independently to evaluate and draft contract documents.
